1. Scope.
This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) governs access to and use of the websites, software, platforms, AI-enabled video products, communications tools, and related services made available by I REVLAB INC, together with any operating subsidiaries, affiliates, and product brands that post or reference this Policy (collectively, the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy is intended to supplement the Company’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Subscription Agreement, and any applicable Order Form or customer agreement. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and an applicable written customer agreement, the governing customer agreement shall control to the extent of that conflict.
2. Permitted Use.
The Company’s Services may be used only for lawful, authorized, and legitimate business purposes in accordance with the Company’s governing agreements and applicable law. Users and customers may access and use the Services solely within the scope of the rights granted by the Company and solely for the internal business purposes for which the Services were purchased or otherwise authorized. No right is granted to use the Services beyond the scope expressly permitted under the applicable agreements.
3. Prohibited Conduct.
Users and customers may not use, or permit any third party to use, the Services in any manner that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy, misleading, infringing, or otherwise objectionable; to violate any applicable law, regulation, industry rule, or third-party right; to transmit or make available content for which the user or customer lacks the necessary rights, consents, releases, permissions, or authorizations; to impersonate any person or entity or falsely suggest sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation; to generate or distribute unauthorized spam or unlawful communications; to upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code, malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful or disruptive materials; to interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services or any third-party system; to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization; to circumvent access restrictions, security measures, rate limits, or usage controls; to gain unauthorized access to any account, data, or environment; to scrape, harvest, or collect data without authorization; to use the Services for benchmarking or competitive analysis; or to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Services except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
4. Content, Data, and AI-Related Use.
Users and customers are solely responsible for all data, scripts, files, recipient information, likenesses, voice samples, persona materials, instructions, campaign content, and other inputs submitted to or used in connection with the Services, as well as for all outputs generated from such inputs. No user or customer may use the Services to create, transmit, or distribute content that violates privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual restrictions, advertising laws, consumer protection laws, or any other applicable legal requirements. No user or customer may use the Services to create deceptive synthetic media, unauthorized impersonations, non-consensual likeness or voice content, or any content intended to mislead, defraud, exploit, or harm others. Customers remain responsible for obtaining all rights, permissions, consents, and authorizations required for any content or data used with the Services.
5. Access and Account Security.
Users and customers must maintain the confidentiality and security of all usernames, passwords, API keys, and other access credentials associated with the Services and may not share such credentials with any unauthorized person or permit access by any non-authorized or non-paying user except as expressly permitted under the applicable agreement. Users and customers are responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts and must promptly notify the Company of any actual or suspected unauthorized access, misuse, or security incident. Any credential sharing, unauthorized access, or misuse of the Services may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.
6. Enforcement.
The Company may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy and may, in its discretion and without limiting any other rights or remedies, remove or restrict access to content, suspend or terminate access to the Services, disable accounts, report unlawful conduct to appropriate authorities, cooperate with investigations, and take any other action it deems appropriate to protect the Services, the Company, its customers, and third parties. A violation of this Policy may constitute a material breach of the Company’s Terms and Conditions or other governing agreements and may result in legal liability, account suspension, termination, and other available remedies.
7. Changes to This Policy.
The Company may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, business practices, legal requirements, security standards, or operational needs. Any updates will be posted on the applicable website and will become effective as of the revised “Effective Date” stated below. This Policy is intended to supplement the Company’s other governing documents, and no update to this Policy shall, by itself, amend any pricing, subscription term, service scope, or other binding commercial term set forth in an applicable Order Form or written agreement unless expressly stated therein.
